General Release

Erskine College requires that you sign a general release form prior to using our facilities.  This form is a legal document that frees this establishment from any legal liability in the event that anyone associated with your sport or activity is injured during your event.

I, the undersigned participant, for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, and successors, in consideration of permission granted to me by Erskine College to use its facilities, do hereby release Erskine College and representatives and agents thereof, from and against all claims, legal action, judgements, expense, and costs arising out of any physical injury to any student, official, or others involved in my event.

I understand that there is an element of risk in any form of physical exertion, and I fully accept the burden of risk should an accident or illness occur during or after our event.

I declare that I have read, fully understand, and agree to the contents of this Informed Consent Agreement in its entirety.
